Please vote for the book you want to read and discuss for July. I'll close the poll in about a week. Also, since July is almost here, it might be hard to finish the book and have enough time to discuss it in just one month. So if you feel that having two months (July and August) to read and discuss the book is better, then mention that in this thread.
I think two months would be better. I always start out intending to hurry through it so I can participate in the discussion sooner, but then I miss things...I liked having two months with Fight Club, I think it worked well.
If we're picking between the two winners I plump for Winter's Bone by Daniel Woodrell as I've read the other and didn't think much of it.
I'm feeling the pressure now that a book I suggested got picked, ha! I hope those from across the pond don't mind the very American piece of literature that it is, and regional as well.
