Cyberpunk 2766AD

After Jimmy got his new alts he walked out of the building. It felt good to walk, even if it was with a bunch of metal crap instead of his real leg. The others seemed to be busy for the moment, so this was the perfect time for him to sneak off. He had left for a reason the first time, and that attack hadn't helped make him any more confident in staying with them.

"Hag."

 

After about four or five hours, Fox slowly begans to open her eyes. She sits up on the operating table and looks around. As soon as her eyes see Spencer, she realizes that she's topless. She quickly tries to cover herself, but then says "Eh, f*** it. Its not like I wasn't laying there for a while. Hey doc, could I have my shirt back please?" He snaps his fingers and one of the dolls comes of to Fox and giver her, her white t-shirt back. "So doc, you got any worthwhile left arms, or left feet?"

He just simply smiles, before scampering over to one of the piles of augments. He pulls up what looks a metal skeleton of a forearm and hand. There are batteries attached to the forearm. He activates it and a powerful burst of electricity comes from the hand. "What do you think miss Fox?" "That's actually pretty awesome. But what happens when the batteries run out." "That's what is truely brilliant part of this. It doesn't just expell electricity, it can also absorb it from anything that has electricity in it. At full blast, its like hitting some one with five strong tazers at the sametime." Fox grins and says "I like it. I want to keep it concealed though." Egad says "That's just fine. I should have some spare doll arms around here that I can hollow out. Also, we still need to do something about that foot." "Doc, just give me a standerd foot. Also, make it look like a normal foot. I really don't want to start looking like one of those people who seem to be nothing but cyber parts." "Right, I'll just grab a spare doll foot that's around here somewhere. I'll give it a heavy duty skeleton, so it won't break apart during combat." Fox simply nods.

One of the dolls walks over to her and asks "Are you ready?" Fox nods, and it injects a sedative into her. She lays back and her world fades away once again.

 

Gleeson sat on a chair in the waiting area of AG-Systems small embassy building in the hive parts of the city. He took out an Iho Stick and a silver zippo lighter. Looking at his reflection in the silver he felt tired. He lit the stick and took a large intake of smoke before blowing back out. He stretched his legs out and rested his head back on the seats back, for the first time he felt comfortable.

Henry Collins processed all the Data which had been input into Tolva’s head. A long thick cable wire had been attached to the side of her head after she’d come out of surgery. Her body had been badly beaten by Vornn the mysterious warrior. Henry Collins rubbed his chin while reading the Data from the Sekki Corperation.

“Damn those frags.” He said allowed. The Nurse sat monitoring Tolva’s vitals from the otherside of the bed looked up.

Henry picked up his phone which had a direct line to AG-Systems head in Tokyo. The phone rang for a few minutes until it was answered.

“Yes.”

“Sir I’ve aquired Data regarding Sekki. The Data is as was originally confirmed of the sneaky bastard’s They are producing components to create vast amounts of Nuclear warheads. And have them held here in this very city. I’ve used the codes to patch into their systems and they’ve already had an agent activated and plant a Nuke in the centre of the city. I’m sending the data straight through now.”

“How did you aquire this Data Mr Collins.”

Henry looked across at Tolva.

“They had a messenger. Well they’d hidden the files inside another and were expecting to transfare her to get this. Quassaar Corp. Some kind of take over.” Henry stopped and suddenly re-read a passage.

“Oh my god. They were planning a merger take down they planned to take control of New Los Angeles and plant an attack on us.”

“Well spotted Mr Collins have yourself and the AG-Systems agency evaquate the city bring the girl with you. I will send this evidence across to Washington DC I think its only important that their own government see’s whats to come. Stay safe Mr Collins.”

The line went dead. Henry flipped a communicator.

“Captain have the private Heli prepped for take of in five minutes.”

“Aye aye sire.”

Henrysent the information straight through to Tokyo and then saved what he had to a disk. He unplugged the cable from Tolva’s head and picked her up in both hands. The Nurse opened the door and the three began walking to the roof.
Gleeson rose from his seat stubbing out the seat.

“Henry.” He said.

“Sergeant we’re leaving. I have forwarded some data to my head Sekki have breach the Corporate rules. And need bringing down. For safe keeping we’re taking Tolva with us to AG-Systems in Tokyo.”

“As you will. I’ll head back to the precinct and sort out a warrant for Sekki’s chairman Michael Stern’s arrest.”

With that they parted ways.

After five minutes a black Passenger Helicopter rose up from the roof and headed straight for the skies soon to be disappeared from site and away from New Los Angeles.

 

Kiara managed to evade the others after disappearing into the darkness. She found the same flight Wraith had taken and was happy to pay for a seat. She noticed Wraith in a seat and shared a smile while approaching. She sat a kin from him and sighed a sigh of relief. Had they actually made it?

Zu was the next to board the vessel full of energy after his long run he caught a glimpse of the two and approached sitting ahead of them. Zu rested his head on the seats back and snuggled up in comfort trying to forget the last weeks events. He looked up to take a glimpse of a Hooded men board the vessel holding a long staff. He wondered for a fleeting second. The man went to the rear of the passenger seats and sat hiding in the shadows of the vessel.

The doors shut and a shudder of vibrations began while the engines started up. The Captains first mate walked across the passenger aisle looking each of his passengers up and down.

For a moment Wraith felt a rush of panic grace his stomach and looked down to see blood flowing like a fountain. He flopped forwards his head banging across the back seat in front of him. Kiara turned to see Zarkiel had fired a plasma pistol through the back of the chair and into Wraiths stomach. Blood pumping across the floor wildly. Kiara looked into the Zealots yes and saw nothing more than Madness before the back of his head exploded in a shower.

The first mate still holding his side arm at the headless Zarkiel looked down at the fallen Wraith just as the shuttle took to the skies and flew off in the distance.

 

Ghost looked down at the city from his position he was suddenly aware of what he’d down when the white light came.

BANG

Was what came next.

The centre of the city shook in a violent quake. Buildings began to crack and crumble the long winding roads callapsed with thousands stuck on them including Fen, Ryugammi, Freya.
The three of them were crushed from the collapsing of the nearby skyscrapers. Like a shower of water rubble and dust covered the area 7 miles wide and a series of winds shattered everything the touched from streets to roads to buildings disintegrating people in their wake nothing could survive this onslaught.

Ghost looked down and at that moment a smile graced his face at the sight of Fox panic stricken and white than white watching in sheer horror a down of white heading her way. Of Course Ghost so the same coming to him but couldn’t help but feel satisfaction at Fox’s sufferance. Suddenly the light reaches Ghost disintegrating the area around him and eventually him after that blackness.

Spence glimpses the white in the distance and turns to find Fox gone. What the hell he thinks. Suddenly he finds his feet taking to the beat and off he goes but no matter how fast he thinks he still cannot outrun whats coming and its at that point he sees a flyer just left. he leaps over into the vehicle starts her up and disapears down the treets continuily outrunning the explosion before it reaches him and soon he disapears into the city around him.

Fox turns tail and tries hard to outrun the oncoming she slips over a banister and falls to the slums seven miles down. She breaks her back as she lands hard on the floor. Her arms split shatter the bones in her body around the legs. Using her tail she whips one of the fleeing Orlock gangers from his feet he stumbles across the road and into his face on the pavement. Using her tail she strikes the oxygen mask and tube from him and tows it towards herself. Quickly using her tail while biting through endless seems of pain she places the mask over her face able to breath as the dust cloud covers her. He suddenly sees the light consume everything around her and then the city of the lower slums collapses upon her.
Within Minutes she is buried under miles of rubble which cover the whole of New los Angeles city centre lower mid and upper parts. Barely anything survives within the seven mile radius.

Fox feels the nanites working inside her crushed body repairing everything. She blacks out. Five minutes later she awakes again to feel the nanites repairing her limbs that keep crushing. And so she blacks out again. And for every five minutes it takes the nanite to repair her crushed limbs the she wakes for a moment feels the pain of every bone in her body crushed again and blacks out. No matter what those nanites keep building and repairing and the bones keep breaking under the weight. And every five minutes Fox screams a silent scream of pain unable to do anything.



Jimmy sees the centre of the city collapse and more cave in. He turns himself to flee seeing a wild truck heading in his direction suddenly realising the truck is been driven by Gogul he leaps across the road moments before the white light consumes both him Gogul and the truck leaving nothing left to remain.

The explosion stops after half the city has fallen leaving nothing to survive the fallen half.

Vornn staggers to the border of the city limits his body reeling in pain from his confrontation using his swiord as a walking stick he slowly moves and stops dropping to his knees. After the explosion he hears the sound of a shuttle descending from the sky. He looks up his eyes a lower to non-existant glow and watches the shuttle lands and the side hatch opens out into a ramp he sees a few figures come running down two of which are carrying a stretcher. Just as his vision begins to fade he sees them take his now fallen sword and feels them lift him up and then blackness.

When Vornn next opens his eyes he see’s Adam looking down on him.

“We’ll fix you. Don’t worry about a thing.”He hears Adam say, and then Blackness consumes him again.

 

Suzu hears the explosion and looks up to see Enforcers close on her location she has two choices face the enforcers or the explosion. Better to die fightiong then fleeing she thinks. And charges out. Its at that point she realises the enforcers have gone.
Lucky girl she muses and vanishes off into the city ahead.

 

Detective Segeant Gleeson killed 17 years later by an unknown warrior. The detective Sergeant was killed by the clean cut of a blade. Evidence would suggest a katana.

As the explosion cleared The enforcer headed to the tall Sekki corporation building to arrest Mr. Michael Stern when they arrived in force they found no sign of the man but instead documents left all over conflicting him of illegally building Nuclear warheads and illegally paying Enforcers to work for him. Those Enforcers were arrested and sent to the Penal’s off world. Detective Sergeant Gleeson headed the prosecution of the Sekki Corp employees within the city well those that survived the explosion.
Michael Stern the Ex Chairman of the organisation was never found.

Mr Evan however was found much later trying to acquire passage to Mars it was Mr Gleeson who caught the man and arrested him. Mr Evan was sentenced and sent to prison he served three years before he was murdered by un upset Inmate.

Colonel Kagen head of the Enforcers was gunned down later by an unknown gunslinger. The warrior had killed the Colonel for treason with a Plasma Pistol and an Auto Pistol. The Gun slinger was never identified though suspicion would suggest Cyhper was behind the assignation of the Corrupt Colonel

Henry Collins arrived Saftely in Tokyo he continued to work for AG-Systems with a rather substantial increase to his salary for saving the company which waged a cold war on Quasaar and eventually took over the company after the disgraced head committed suicide.

Kiara left the planet and moved to Mars were she was caught killing Cyber police who tried to apprehend her. She was sentenced to 200 years on Ice.

Spencer managed to flee the city and was seen five years later living the life of luxury after robbing numerous bangs in Ontario Canada. He was sentenced to 150 years on ice.

Suzu was caught leaving the City of New Los Angeles and taken into custody. She was later sentenced to 150 years on ice.

Zu was also apprehended in France by the French police force. He was taken to court and sentenced to 280 years on ice after murdering the Mayer of Paris in order to uncover a so called conspiracy. Which was later discovered lies.

Wraith never survived the shuttle flight after been shot down by the religious Zealot Zarkeil his remains were ejected from the vessel where he forever rests over the Atlantic Ocean forever at piece.

Fox was eventually found after 7 years of continuous blacking out and waking up in pain. Fox was sentenced to 700 years on Ice and had all the nanites removed from her body including any factories discovered.

Tolva who woke up in Tokyo had had much of her memory wiped. After two years she was discovered on Mars in a shoot out with The Mars Enforcers she gunned down and killed seven in an attempt to escape. And though it was later discovered she was innocent from the crimes they’d thought her guilty basically it was a case of mistaken identity she was still caught
Tolva was sentenced to 300 years on ice.

Of Roxy she was returned to prison where she was murdered by a raging inmate.

Sen Markus was gunned down trying to flee the enforcers and killed.

Adam was never seen nor heard of again its unknown as to where he went. Some feel he’d left with Mr Michael Stern or simply left planet and disappeared across the stars.

Cypher Occasionally popped up over the years that followed but nothing confirmed some evidence was found him to be working in the Casinos of Las Vegas.

Over the years that followed evidence of Vornn’s activities was discovered across the globe but as per usual nothing hardcore was ever found and the warrior disappeared like a shadow to the night once anyone ever closed in on this warrior. He was last seen in Nevada.
