    That's a cool dream.
But this is about the choice of Death or Coma.

Feel happy depressed you'll feel much better.
    Like me.
    Maybe a bit insane.
    But that's okay.

    But people people.
    Death or Coma.
I already said Coma is cool.

The title says "Deather or Coma" though. I just wasn't sure what a Deather was, so I got confused.

    Typo.
As I said in the beginning I kept reading the thread in grammar Dash or Comma as Death or Coma.
And then decided to write a thread about in the lounge.

Pfizer hasn't concocted a medication for that, yet. I've read that correct, focused instruction rewiring the brain (through remedial reading) does wonders though.

You wouldn't get a choice, but if I did, death ftw...

umm wow i would say if i have children at the time coma... because i would want to hang on to them as long as possible... if not then death just because i wouldn't want my fiance to be stuck with a basically dead body for a wife.

I think I'd have to pick coma just because dying in a car wreck would be weak. On a side note, I'm not a pharmacist or doctor or anyone whose medical advice should hold any weight but I would suggest, Leaka, that you go to the nearest college campus with twenty dollars and ask around for green medicine. :D Might help you get over the morbid obsessions. I do not advocate drug use.

It really would depend on the extent of the injuries and chances of any sort of meaningful recovery. My uncle was in a car wreck when he was in college, car verses semi in a head on collision. The roof of his car was wrapped around his head. He had to be cut free from his vehicle. He was in a coma for 6 months. When he woke up, he didn't know who he was. He had to relearn to walk. A lot of his memory eventually came back, but he was never the same. That being said, he has still gone on to lead a good life. He has biked down the California coast to Mexico to raise money for orphans. He has visited the Holy Land. He met and married the love of his life. If he had simply died in the accident, his life would have been over before it really had begun.

In a case like this where recovery is a real possibility and only a matter of time, I would choose coma. If, however, we are talking about persistent vegetative state, I would choose death. If the brain is dead, the body should follow.
