I sent someone a URL for the post I made in the Reviewing Room. I got back a report that it shows a message that the reader has insufficient rights to view that page. Why is just reading the reviewing room's posts not allowed unless someone is registered and logged in? Also note that the menu item for "Email someone this page" does not mention the fact that the recipient won't be able to read it, without signing up and validating first.
It's a limited measure to protect the work of members posted in the Review Room. It's not entirely bot proof, but it does mean that a person has to be a member to view any thread posted in the Review Room. And the bit about emailing the page is a standard vbulletin feature, not something particular to this site.
