Democratic voters starting to get their heads on straight

Discussion in 'Debate Room' started by Steerpike, Jul 16, 2015.

    Clinton's numbers going down:

Yesterday I heard on the news that Sanders is still climbing.

The only question is who are these people who still have a favorable view of Clinton, and where are the caves they've been living in the past number of years?

    Yay, Bernie! :cheerleader:

I read the other day the American Federation of Teachers decided to endorse Clinton as their candidate because of a poll they conducted. And all members who didn't participate or were unaware of the poll threw a fit. lol Now they want the president of AFT to take it back and perform another, broader poll so more members can vote.

I'm hearing rumors too that Biden might be putting in his bid. And that makes me nervous. I really really want Sanders to win, and I don't know how viewers will react to Biden. I don't want any more competition for Sanders! lol

I want Clinton to win so she can be torn to pieces in a Presidential smear campaign.

I would think a lot of people want Clinton to win because they don't think Sanders's platform would work as well as Clinton's during the general election. I can understand if you disagree with that sentiment or usage of the sentiment as reason to support Clinton, but one wouldn't have to be living in a cave to think that way.

I am so pessimistic about Bernie. If he gets the primary I am going to get very drunk and yell out happy things though.

    Me too. :(

I'm very concerned he won't win the primary. My Facebook page has basically become an unofficial Bernie-Sanders-for-President page. lol Because I worry that he isn't getting the attention he deserves and needs to win. Fortunately, his fan base is steadily growing. He's drawing in crowds by the thousands. I just hope he draws enough attention in time.

I feel the same about him as I have with Kucinich, Nader etc. In the past I got hurt by hoping too hard.

A part of me genuinely hope Jeb Bush becomes world leader. It would make life so interesting.
