I miss Dark Disney. I grew up I guess in that weird period of Disney where I saw a lot of stuff that was supposedly "Scarring" to children.

    The Black Cauldron
    Oliver n Company
Balto, they had a scene where they were making coffins for the children
Fantasia, Night on the Mountain with the demon
Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hellfire is notably dark when people speak about it and you understand it more as an adult

Only really listing my favorites. I have always been into the macabre and melancholy. Disney kind of got nice and Pixar has always offered something unique and intriguing with their movies. I actually enjoy Pixar a little more because at least they are taking risk.

    I have a book Oliver n company. :)

What about All dogs go to heaven? that one is also quite melancholy. It's also one of my favourites from my childhood, I still have a videotape. :)

Oh yes, All Dogs go to Heaven was great. I like both 1 and 2. Few movies I like both of them.
