    I need a poison that is relatively slow-acting (a few hours), yet mimics symptoms of a heart attack. Anything like that exist? Anyone know of a website that helps with poisons for crime fiction writers?

    White Oleander? I think that might fit if you're okay with using a plant. Or just Oleander, really, lol. Movie on the brain.
