Do you read the introductions to novels?

    Depends on the length. Anything over 2 pages, I skip it and start the book.

    I like introductions since they sometimes give a bit of background on the book and help to give you ideas when you're trying to analyse it.

    I always read Prolugues, but introduction like author's notes I only read after Iv'e finished the book and whether or not i liked it . I'm not going to waste my time reading about a book, and then ending up hating it.
