    Site Issue

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by Spherical Time, Nov 4, 2006.

Just so that you know, the logout button under the "links" in the top menu bar doesn't work, and I can't find another way to do it.

I was going to take a look and see if you can see the review forum if you're logged out, and I was going to suggest that you change some of the review forums, notably the novel forum, so that you can't see it when it's logged out.

Sorry, that was a run on sentence, but I hope that it makes sense.

    So:

    1. Logout button doesn't work

    2. Make novel forum hidden to non-users. This would protect it from bots searching it, and make it safer for people to post there.

I was always going to suggest an "Internet Writing" forum to be added to the review forums, but I'll wait some more on that one.

Sorry, I just want to bump this to make sure that Lpspider sees it. This is the one that I'm more concerned about, although there is also another suggestion here.

I would take care of this cause I agree with the bots and protecting our writers.

I just dont have the technological know how and I dont think this is something I have rights to do.

    Correct me if im wrong?

No, only Lpspider can do this, as Admin. Sorry, I should have made that clear.

Sorry, I use vBulletin a lot, so I'm fairly familiar with some of the settings.

    Okay, thank you.

I'm looking into the logout issue.
