    Christmas gifts?

Discussion in 'Self-Publishing' started by KingStrider, Sep 26, 2018.

I'm hoping to have a somewhat readable first draft of my first novel by Christmas. I'd like to print off 10-15 copies of it for relatives/beta-readers. I want it to look nice but I don't want all the people of Amazon to see it because it will still be bad. Very bad. Should I print it off and put it in binders or is there a better way?

beta readers will read electronically - best to send them a pdf

In terms of giving it asa present i'm not clear on why you'd want to give something that was still very bad, but there are places where you can print tiny runs of books such as Blurb

I'd make friends with the man in the print shop, and 'waste' £20/30?
