I always try to ignore the commercial aspect and just pretend like people have good hearts and put up Christmas trees in malls because they are filled with good cheer and love the coziness of the season. I usually really hate people so it is the one time of the year that I pretend they have good motives! That is how I feel better about all the commercial crap. Once that is out of the way, then I can feel good and cozy about the time of the year.
