There were harsh radio voices outside the glass door, and blue splashes were strobing through the windows. He started to drag me away from the door by my hair. Suddenly, the glass door exploded and something seared past my head. I felt a hot splash on the side of my face, as his grip on my hair failed, and then I was back in my own body, drenched in cold sweat.
