    Grand juror suing McCulloch

Discussion in 'Debate Room' started by Steerpike, Jan 5, 2015.

“From [the juror]’s perspective, although the release of a large number of records provides an appearance of transparency, with heavy redactions and the absence of context, those records do not fully portray the proceedings before the grand jury,” the lawsuit says.

If you look at the complaint, it appears this juror is looking for the right to speak out on the case.

Interesting. It also looks like the juror would like the public to know the decision not to charge Wilson was not unanimous.
