For me it's the "Comcast Innovation and Technology Center." At a cost of $1.2 billion, it'll be 1,121 feet when completed by fall of next year, making it the tallest building in the United States outside of Chicago and New York City and the eight tallest building in the western hemisphere. Multiple high-rise mixed use buildings are going up around here as well as a flurry of light rail construction. Currently The Spring District is going up less than a mile from my house. It even has its own FaceBook page.
