    Hard to find members' books.

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by GingerCoffee, Nov 3, 2014.

I know I'm sometimes computer challenged, but I can't remember how to find member's books and the bookstore link doesn't get me there.

The link gets me to just another main menu:
    https://www.writingforums.org/#

 I want to see if something by @Darkkin is there.

I clicked on the tab labeled "Bookstore" at the top, and I was able to see all of the books written by members.

I am so retarded sometimes. I kept going to links on the drop-down menu instead of the header. Thanks.

I don't publish through any of the platform mediums listed in the link. Stateside (US), there is another ereader that has given Amazon's Kindle a bit more pressure than Kobo. It's android based, supporting epub formats like smashwords and Kobo, but there isn't a link listed for nook.

I know there is no advertising allowed in posts and signatures, but it might be worthwhile to check into possibly adding a link. I'm one of the few people in the world, who has never used Amazon for anything and never will. If I can't get it locally I don't need it. I also live within easy driving distance of at least five bookstores. I don't want a smile on a box, I want the smile on my face when I find the actual book on a shelf not in a box.

That didn't work for me. I just got a display of two posts, none of them seeming to be the link to the list of members books :(

    Edit: I found it!

    Hello thirdwind!

I'm an active member here but I still don't know how to get my book officially on this site. Do I post the link to my book somewhere in here?

You should contact @Wreybies. I believe he's the one who handles all that.

@thirdwind is correct. @Wreybies has to add the books manually, so I suggest you send him a message.
