Hi there Hopefully we can help you out with improving your work. People with their names highlighted in green are reviewers so you can go and pm them for reviews. But like Gannon said the best way to get reviews is to give reviews, and to let people see you around the rest of the board. Cheers.
Hi Jason, and welcome. I see you've already posted a poem for review, and have received a couple of responses. I hope you've also taken a tour of the site and seen some other reviews already, so you don't have the impression that suggestions for improvement do not mean the reviewer didn't enjoy your work. Quite the contrary, in fact! If someone has taken the time to review something from a new, unfamiliar submitter, it means that the piece grabbed their attention. I hope you'll take the opportunity to wander the site and get to know us better, as people as well as aspiring or published writers. Writing is not just hard work and seemingly endless revision.
