Okay, so I don't really say "Y'all" when I talk, but when I write on forums I don't always care how I sound. Anyway, I just started here and thought I'd introduce myself! I've been working for the past few years on a medieval fantasy novel and since I just stumbled onto this site, I thought I could rely on LOADS of other writers to help answer any questions I may come up with. I'm new, too -- writing historical fiction, so we have something in common. Do you find yourself bogged down in Medieval research as you write or do you lean more toward the fantasy line of your novel?
