    Hi all

Discussion in 'New Member Introductions' started by davetee, Sep 28, 2015.

Just like to say hello. I'm new to writing, I've not written anything before. I've never spent much time reading either. I picked up a copy of Writing Magazine last week and it piqued my interest. I signed up for a couple of courses on Udemy and hope to pick up some inspiration from them. Here's hoping :)

Welcome. :) Any idea what you'd like to write?

Thanks Tenderiser. I think just general fiction and/or ghost stories.

Bit early for that but thanks. My grammar and punctuation need brushing up a bit before I attempt anything.

Start reading. Early and often. If writing is something you might want to do, then you'll want to read whatever you can get your hands on. It will help give you ideas, help with your grammar and style, and it's just fun.

    Good luck on your journey.
