I am 41 years old and am a SAHM (Stay At Home Mom). I have a 2 1/2 year old little boy who channels the Energizer Bunny (I kid you not, if I could harness his energy...) I am looking forward to meeting kindred spirits in writing, learning to be a better writer and work towards my goal of being published one day.

Thanks! Am I working on a novel right now? That is a good question. Yes and No. I started 'The Book' years ago. Some characters have changed, the over all story line changed and is now non-existent. The only thing that hasn't changed is the name (came to me in a dream and I can't shake that). So I am currently working on a short story right now and plan on going back to 'The Book' when I'm ready to make a proper commitment to it. Right now, I'm hoping to improve my writing skills and just get my name out there a bit. I started a blog recently and am hoping that through that as well as this I can get back in the habit of actually 'writing'. It's early days yet.
