    which type of writers can writes the good risible comedy novel often. I mean, with any mood or mentality ?

    As with any type of novel, the ones that understand the genre through having read enough books in it, and have practiced and refined that type of writing extensively.

    the ones with a natural flair for comedy... it's not something we all have the ability to do and one can't 'learn' to be funny... one either is, or is not...

    I agree.

    While what iolair said (reading enough books and studying the topic) is usually enough for most types of literature, one can't learn how to be funny. Either you are or you aren't. Best case scenario one can imitate someone who is indeed funny, but it will be just an imitation.
