    Beginner needs some pointers....

    Hello,

    I'm new to Article Writing and i would love to get into it, my only problem is I don't know where to begin.

    can anyone help me in where to start??

    I don't know how to go about learning so I thought I would try here...

    From what I remember at school, articles usually consist of short paragraphs, usually one or two sentences.

    Your closet :
    Type up all the random junk. Everything. Even if it seems stupid. You can get rid of it later. Then Organize it according to the above.

    I am not trying to sound cheeky, but reading articles would be a good place to start. I myself read numerous websites everyday. Maybe you should do the same?

    i have read a load of articles, and i have tried to look at how they do it, but when it comes to putting it down, i start off ok then i go blank as in i dont know what else to write :meh:

    has anyone else had the same problem?

    Practice, give yourself some random topics to write articles on and then go for it. You will get better over time.

    Also when writing for a particular magazine, make a note of how the articles are laid out. Also many magazines will have somewhere a copy of their submission guidelines, so that would be worth checking out
