Is there a name for the face made in this picture? Because my character does this a lot.

It sort of has that Guy Fawkes look. There might be a name for it for all I know

I would call it a sly, maniacal smile.

Well, among film nerds (or at least the ones I read :p) if nobody else, it's called "The Kubrick," but since that doesn't help anything when merely read on a page, I would just say "evil grin"

Sadistic grin might be close. Menacing glare maybe. It all depends on the situation/context.

Whatever you say to describe it, each reader is going to interpret it differently, depending on their experience and imagination. I can guarantee that many of them won't visualize it in their mind's eye the same way you, the author, does.

Devious and scheming. It doesn't necessarily have to be an evil smile. That same smile could be on a rouge protagonist who is just taking extra pleasure knowing all the ways he/she is about to outwit his/her opponents.

    (character name) grinned maniacally.
    "You're scaring me."
"Don't worry. You're not the one I'm thinking of."
