i didnt know where to place this. im probably in the wrong section. Anyways i got MS Word 97, does anybody know to configure it so it will auto. double line, that way i can print it out, and edit it wile im in my reclyner watching tv. making changes in the space provided. I think thats what i want to say. thank you jim
Open up your document. Right click the page, click pargraph. Find line spacing, and click, "double." This will double space everything. Also, if you only want to double space a paragraph, you can highlight it and then double space it (same procedure).
you should have the spacing options on your tool bar at the top of your document... the icons are two paralell horizontal lines... there should be 3 of them... single, 1.5, double... if they're not there, then go to 'tools' in the tool bar, scroll down and select 'customize' from the drop-down menu... then go through all the options and you can just click and drag all the icons you need on your tool bar up to it...
