how much to pay for a cover?

    I run my own business so I have taken many courses on marketing and advertising and Google SEO.

    I built the website that is linked to my business and completed all the graphics and advertising for that, using various programs so I feel I would be stupid not to at least go the DIY route at least once to see how I do, maybe publishing a handful of short stories as one ebook.

    Then you definitely have a leg up on designing a good cover. I'd say go for it. :)
