Not as far as I know. I believe the best way would be to use your browser's built-in bookmark feature (if there is one), or save the links manually in a document.
You can also use 'watch threads'. The threads are set by default to be to be tagged as watched if you comment in them. Home Page>What's New>Watched Threads Bonus is this works across multiple devices/browsers* Downside; if you're not partaking it'll put the crimpers on it (but it's simple enough to just nudge in with a comment such as 'liking this thread ') . *notwithstanding Apple's 'hand off' technology
Another downside is that, if you're like me, your "watch list" will fill up with hundreds of threads. Also, what do you mean by "if you're not partaking it'll put the crimpers on it"?
Personally, I, too, would recommend using your browser's bookmarking feature - though I realize that can be an annoyance as far as syncing devices and using other browsers. At one point we did have a bookmark functionality installed, but I don't believe it was used much.
Thanks @Daniel . I don't mind using that feature. I used to want to bookmark a lot of stuff but not so much anymore.
