I need help writing a great article query.

Discussion in 'General Writing' started by Earthwriter, May 22, 2007.

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I need some help here. I've got 2 or 3 powerful informative articles I want to submit to some special environmental magazines and I'm having a difficult time writing my query for each article. I've read some query writing tips, which are good and useful, but they're not specific enough and call it writer's block or being stuck, but I'm having trouble putting my sentences together to make it "punch", for lack of better words...lol! Does anyone here have experience with this, maybe even a query that got their article sold and published? If so, I'd appreciate your thoughts and some help here.

    Thanks.

If you are having problems in finding the right words to say...then try going to rhymezone.com you can type in a word and then press related...and its an online thesaurus. Now I not saying that you need a thesaurus but I find when looking at a new way of saying a word that ideas pop into my head on how I want to incorporate them.(if that makes any sense)
Hope this is related to what you were asking-I wasnt quite sure.
