This is just a self-OMG-I'M LOVING MY LIFE BECAUSE IT'S NOT TOO BAD AT ALL-thread right now, but I have been gone...sorta....so I wanted to just say that I'll be 'more active' again. lol I'm gonna graduate! I completed all the proper requirements at my school (senior project, paper, speech, presentation, advisory, etcetera), and I exceeded it all. I'm so very excited. Anyways, that's my fun news. Downside to this all: I didn't make much on my paycheck this week. CRAP! Stupid gas prices.
High school. I'm a young one. *blush* lol - don't worry, once I finished college, and graduate school, you'll see a second and third of these threads. lol
Congrats Oasis. We don't graduate from senior school. just take the tests and see if we pass or not. Infact, we don't have to take them. Congrats though, I bet you are buzzing.
Congrats, man, I'm also graduating (in two months)! It's a great feeling. However, it only started being good after the acceptance from the university I was waiting for showed up, haha.

It's an amazing feeling, I know. Are you going straight to college or can you take a year off? I went straight to Uni but now I'm regretting it. Having to return to more work than the previous year is depressing me. ENJOY THE FREEDOM!
I'm going straight off into college to complete a bach. in Pre-Med and Creative Writing, and minor in Spanish and Journalism. Beyond that, I'll be going to graduate school to get a doctorate in Medicine and writing. By the time I'm all said and done, I'll be 26. Thereafter, I'll be doing four years of residency to become a pediatrician. Thanks everyone I'm so excited.

well done! I like the idea of graduating high school, here you just do your exams and don't come back the next year there's not really an event. American education seems so strange to me that you can study creative writing and medicine, but it does sound an interesting choice of subjects.
Enjoy high school while you can. I'm not saying it was bad. Just can't wait to grow up. That way, I can look back and go, "DAMN I WANNA GO BACK!"
