With all those radar units are you sure it isn't a CIA listening post? If I'm a rocking it means the water is a chopping. It might be fast but it sure will rock out on the open water (narrow beam). And I trust The Elder One remembers the old van days of the 60/70s. Personally I would prefer a yacht with wood detail at least, might be more upkeep but it would look more like a luxury yacht to me.
