I saw it with my mom on mother's day. She was complaining about how she hated such movies with super heroes and action/adventure but I dragged her into the theater anyway. She loved it; I'm yet to meet a person who hated it. It was simply brilliant!
That reminds me of when I took my mom to see Transformers; she was kicking and screaming the entire way, but when we came out, she couldn't rave about it enough.
Did anyone else watch after the credits and see the the Samuel L. Jackson part? Jackson is going to be Nick Fury in some upcoming sequel-esk movie. It's kinda sweet because it ties Iron Man and the upcoming hulk movie together with the whole Avenger's Guild bit. Just a little bit of extra awesomeness for us comic book fans!
Yeah, your mission is to go bouncing across the desert and throw some tanks. Maybe if your in the mood you can catch some missles. Haha....God that movie sucked haha.
I'm hoping the awesomeness comes in the new Edward Norton Hulk movie. The other one just didn't do justice.
They are setting up an Avengers film that will cross over the recent X-Men, Spiderman, and Ironman films. They are also setting up a Nick Fury, Might Thor, and another Captain America film and the Avengers movie is set to begin filming in 2012
Sarlet Witch is an Avenger as is her brother. Wolverine isn't a member but he is a recurring character in the comic series.
Speaking of the Avengers, I think the Avengers movie should detail the Marvel Zombies universe and its happenings. In that one, the Avengers become a band of flesh hungry zombies and infect the world. It's awesome!
I saw Ironman. It was pretty good. But there wasn't enough battles. It would have been better if they were more battles.
Then it would have bee n like any other mainstreamed comic book movie and only be ok instead of excellent.
I saw Iron Man and I thought it was pretty good. The pacing was a little slow bu8t it was pretty good .
