Is it possible to get ones writing checked here?

Discussion in 'General Writing' started by sajidnuml, Aug 13, 2010.

I would like to ask members if I could get my writings checked here on the forum?

The rule is that you must offer constructive criticism to others first.

I believe specifically it's you have to give two for one. :)

If you go to the main forum index and go down to the review board you can see the full list of genres and such that you can submit.

As far as I know the only stuff that isn't allowed is "adult" stuff.

But I'm pretty sure there is a "rules" thread somewhere that tells all about what is and isn't allowed. :)

It is not a critiquing service. It is a critiquing workshop, for you to learn to give critique more effectively.

It sounds like you are seeking a professional service.

And it's not proofreading either. If you call yourself a writer, you should be able to do that yourself.

The answer to your question is no. We do not check writing here.
