    Jump in time.

For a significant jump in time should you use a couple line breaks just like you would for a POV change? Or is a new paragraph sufficient?

a line break could work... so could a new paragraph... it depends on what the time frame is and how it relates to what it comes after... could also call for a new chapter... only you can decide which works best...
