Hey guys. I'm a college student in the Bay Area and an aspiring writer. I've takens some creative writing courses and gotten into writing poetry a lot. I've been published in a few magazines and won a few competitions but nothing big. I just love writing poetry, especially when I'm feeling miserable and writing makes me maybe a bit less miserable. I'm also trying to get into writing fiction and I've written a few short pieces. Anyway, that's me. Here's a little poem I wrote just so you guys can know my voice. My poems usually don't make a whole lot of sense but I concentrate on its musicality. [item for critique removed]
