Each time someone reads your post and they like it, they will click on the black star and they can comment on why they like the reputation. Then you will receive points because someone clicked on the star on your post. You can check the reputation by clicking on the Settings tab. The more points you get (or the more clicks you have on your name) the more blocks you earn. In addion, the message when you hoover your mouse on the green blocks will change from "On a distinguish road" to "You will become famous," to "You have a bright future," and so on.
lol this is funny..how about 'loyal' 'humourist' adjectives to describes members who have reached a certain amount of posts.
sorry that was badly worded. t I meant after say a 500 posts, one can begin to know the member more or less, whether they are funny, witty,arrogant, shy,whatever and award these well established members these little descripitive words.
