    Teenink?

Discussion in 'Publisher Discussion' started by finnmaccool, Mar 21, 2008.

Does anybody know anything about them?

Out of nowhere, I got a free copy of their magazine plus a wooden pen and some postit notes, and a notification that I had been published there.

My mom told me later that she had submitted it before me. I was a little upset but it was a piece I had written a long time ago that I had kind of abandoned so maybe its not so bad afterall.

Still, should I be happy or no?

Bus 72. I don't know anything about them either. They don't seem to be a scam, but I'm not really sure if its anything to brag about either.

I liked the story. You take the reader to the moment very well.

I particularly liked the thought behind:

"He sits up straight, eyes staring blankly at the window, though his vision never seems to reach outside."

    Very evocative.

The name Teenink sounds familiar, but I don't remember much about them. Congrats, I suppose. Sounds like your mother only had the best intentions in mind.
