I don't really recall this. I think I said something to the effect that I don't use 'cunt' when writing a sex scene, just because I prefer not to use slang words that way. But if other people want to use them, that's fine with me. However, I drivel on so much on this forum it's entirely possible that I said something weird about it as well.

So I came across this little bio blurb of everyone's favorite writer.

Reading through this a line stuck out.

So parts of this are based on his own life? This makes the whole thing with Link boning his mother all the more creepy.

    Solved one mystery.

    The Secret Form of Water

    [IMG][IMG]
I asked for a subject to contemplate today. The subject I was given was the secret and original form of Water. I found it ironic since humanity is being enslaved by an illegitimate, demon-made system of laws based on Water. It has many names. You can call it the Law of the Sea, Maritime Admiralty Law, etc. It’s the law of Money, of currents and seas: currency, hence if you are wealthy, you have liquidity. You have liquid assets because you generate cash flow. What flows? Rivers, streams, canals, etc. And what guides the flow of these? River banks. What do the majority of people put their money in? Banks. Where do all these bizarre laws trace back to? Rome. The Vatican. The Holy See. The Holy Sea. The sea at which your soul is lost. The Papacy is a Paper Sea. The what destroys paper? Fire. The fiery water from Heaven, the spiritual flaming river of Truth is what will set ablaze the Paper Sea of Slavery on this planet.

“And ye shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free.”

What the fuck... So he criticizes other authors for not fully explaining their hidden easter eggs... But would absolutely anyone have guessed this?

Today I learned of the secret and original form of wind. Wind that blows in gusts. Sudden outbursts like the anger of the oppressed. Cries carried like pollen from flower to flower. Like the scent of commercialism which keeps the worker bees busy. Until the eye passes over and the tornado sweeps the chains of society once again. Where does air come from? From the trees, breathing until cut down. Like how politicians breathe...lies. Colorless, similar to white. White as in the white house. What is the opposite of white? Black, like the president.

"And ye shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free."

Had to stop myself there at the end... Could of gotten a bit racist by accident.

Oh Jesus Christ no. That's Alpha Omega, the beginning and the end, or to put it bluntly - God. That's a level of pretentiousness I can't ever bring up the enthusiasm to go along with.

Is there any chance at all that this book was written as a direct series of quotes with Cleverbot? Video for clarity.

Well then it really doesn't make sense, because it starts with "My kind does not...". If God is "The alpha and omega, the rising and the setting sun..." that sort of implies that there's only one of him.

Given that you've read it and I haven't, does it seem surprising that it doesn't make sense?

Maybe, but he might also be a man flailing a cat at a keyboard and publishing the auto-corrected gibberish.

    For a (mildly) serious moment?
What would be surprising about it would be that he could take a simple concept, like the christian understanding of god, and not fuck it up completely.

He's wiccan (I think) but even for the wiccans that I've met, he has some very extreme views about "magick," astrology, predestination, etc. He talks about spirituality the way your expect from a serious peyote addict, in the midst of his trip. There are a lot of references to biblical gods and demons, as well as hesidic mythology, Greek, Egyptian, Babylonian, Philistine, all mushed together to prove that there are sinister forces trying to corrupt mankind with the power of...um...something. Belief in things I guess. As an aside, his perspectives borrow a lot from mesipotamic religious traditions, and absolutely nothing from Zoroastrian, Islam, Sisananyd, Indian, Buddhist, Chinese ancestor worship, or Shintoism, and that's just going in one direction. It's almost as if he's done very little research into something he claims to know so much about.

If you go on his blog, he really just re-posts a bunch of youtube.com videos, but all of that is bat-shit insane conspiracy theories, and irrational new age bullshit. And none of it is in any way comprehensible. I looked back through all his stuff, and he reposted a woman's 7,000 word cry for intervention, using a tarot card reading to prove that predestination was real.

I apologize if the circuitous logic of that sentence has broken your computer.

There's are chemtrails, claims that Israel is funding ISIS at the behest of the New World Order, and theories that the concept of money was invented by the Illuminati. It's not written by him, but I don't believe he'd keep reposting it if he didn't believe it.

We've already seen passages in the book where he explains that the word "money" is actually a secret method of control using language, for almost certainly a reason of some kind.

So from that perspective, I don't think he could take something as simple as the biblical personification of Yahweh, and not try to turn that quote from the bible into a long reaching metaphor of ignorance and insanity.

I think it's more likely that he would give a character the initials alpha, omega, and then tell everyone how that represented a deep and hidden meaning to the most dedicated and enlightened observer. A meaning that anyone other than a coma patient will have immediately figured out.

In which case I am glad I haven't, and won't read it. I respect your dedication to the cause, as my tolerance for 'stupid' is quite low. If it's any consolation, you've earned my 'like' good sir.

No thank you haha. I like the picture as it is.

I took a chance and read the 'Look Inside' section on Amazon. It's awfully strange with an emphasis on the awful part. Strangely awful? Maybe both fit. It read as if it couldn't decide what theme to stick to. Fantasy one paragraph, scientific anecdotes the next, then back again. At which point I gave up as I discovered that the mind can vomit. I'm not squeamish at all when it comes to erotica, or indeed violence, but what unfolded in that excerpt was what read as a clinical examination of porn. All the excitement was gone, it was dry and left me questioning the author's (maybe author is too strong a word?) capability to empathise with their own writing.

Then I read a 5 star rated review on the book. It compared this book's writing as to something that could have been written by Tolkien. By Tolkien. By. Tolkien. That legend does not deserve to invite that comparison, and I am sure he is spinning in his grave.

Some of those reviews have to be bought or by like friends and family. I mean comparing this to Tolkien? We`ve already established it`s possibly a bad Zelda rip off. Even if you aren`t a Tolkien fan you can`t tell me his work isn`t at least better then what seems to be a mash of up of a Zelda plot line thinly pasted together and random rants.

It doesn't really matter in the end, that comparison alone disgusted me. I mean that. On a fundamental level, that reviewer is a symbol of the rapidly accelerating decline of humanity against the forces of the new world order, at the behest of the illumin- Oh my god, I think it infected me with it's stupid!
