I am computer challenged and can't seem to figure out how you quote someone's piece for your feedback. I'm talking about how it shows up in a box in your comment.
There is an icon on the top bar of the edit area that looks like a comic book speec bubble. Click that and put what you want to quote between the [NOPARSE][/NOPARSE]tags. There is more information in the FAQ.
