My MC is like a super hero and while his rogues gallery is full of men it also consists of a fair amount of women. They are stereotypical they dress provocatively but are all more than a pretty face. The MC at one point even says "What is it with the fashion trends for the super powered? It's like living in a porno with no sex! Last week a guy in a speedo and mask jumped me! I mean seriously!" The story takes jabs at the super hero genre. And has some twists where the MC will quickly side with a villain if he feels his morals are in conflict with the law. It also deals with real issues and is about that line. However I want to ask for some input especially from women what would you like to see in both female and male antagonists?
I like antagonists, male and female, who don't take themselves too seriously and have a humorous streak. Off the top of my head, I can't think of many female antagonists that'd fit the bill. I like Yennefer from the Witcher series because she hovers back and forth the good guy/bad guy spectrum, and especially at the beginning of the saga, her endgame was difficult to predict. She had a humorous streak but unfortunately did take herself pretty seriously and lost her temper over the stupidest things. Maybe your female antagonist has a silly wardrobe malfunction or she trips on her new stiletto heels, I don't know. I think women can definitely be shown in a silly, goofy light as well, be they the heroines or villains. I feel like I don't see it all that often.
Those are some good ideas however I'm also trying to make them more serious and down to Earth while at the same time appealing to female readers.
I think you could actually be positioned pretty well, given that you're taking a satirical look at tropes in the superhero genre, my advice would be to consciously have fun at the expense of stereotypical sexualized aspects of women comic books. But I would definitely manipulate those tropes consciously and with purpose rather than just putting them there.
