These are excellent thoughts. I'm a little confused by the translation of some words, though. I'm not sure what an 'unable man' is or what 'headship' is. Hi, jannert I chose Headship that does mean " leadership" - "Management" "unable man" was the phrase that I myself wrote and it dose mean " a person that is not able." In the quote the meaning is so :" a guy that is not able to retain his friendship."
