Haha I think it's a fair prediction despite my bias. If it was in Old Trafford I think it would be 1-1, maybe 1-0 to Man U if de Gea has one of those games which he always seems to do against Liverpool.

Good to see some fellow football supporters, even if the thread is for the top flight and my clubs are in the Championship and the Conference. I do have a soft spot for Chelsea though, do I qualify? Haha.

Expecting a Liverpool win tonight, as I have two Man Utd players in my fantasy football team and that's just how it always goes.

I was able to catch most of the game at work, what a disappointment! Liverpool needs to sell Sturridge ASAP! de Gea had some great saves at the end.

Don't worry my other half if is a QPR supporter and I have to listen to his pessimism weekly. What championship team do you support?

The game was poor to watch but a decent result for United. We couldn't afford to lose anymore points... not yet anyway.

    Joe Hart man-of-the-match!

I think Mourinho must have read this...he set Utd up to sit deep and "control the game without the ball"...and rely on hoofing it up to Ibrahimovich - no playing out of defence and giving L'pool the chance to win the ball in the opposition half. And De Gea did have one of those games...90% boredom and then two top-drawer saves!

I'm a Birmingham City supporter so I'm currently a tad more optimistic!

4 - 2 to Birmingham. I could get used to this.

I won't though, as we'll probably start losing again promptly.

Oh dear, you say the same things as my other half does about QPR!
Come on now... or they'll hear you.

It's alright. Living in Torquay, when I complain about football it's Torquay United that hear me. They don't need any encouragement to be rubbish!

What can I say about yesterdays performance...exactly, not a lot. United were rubbish and our defence... what defence, we didn't have one. Jeez!

Smalling has never been and never will be, good enough for United.

Should have kept Evans and sold him instead.

Looks like City forgot how to win games! :)

Enjoying Liverpool's form. Hoping it lasts!

Crystal Palace away will be a tough game. Benteke will have something to prove!

What a Derby! Watched the last 30 minutes during lunch at work and what a big win.

It's great to be a Liverpool fan!

Edit: Also beginning to think I'm the only one watching this thread. Individual parties ftw.
