    Marketing creativity

Discussion in 'Marketing' started by GingerCoffee, Jul 27, 2015.

This was for the movie, The Gift, and it's not something I think any of us could do, but I thought the creativity was worth sharing, if not just for idea generating.

How ‘The Gift’ Used Bloggers’ Personal Histories and Periscope to Go Viral
    Step 1
    Step 2
    Step 3
It was certainly a unique idea.

    [EDITED VESION]

My 'novel idea' of the day was a deadly virus carried on Facebook, a virus that leaps from the screen, envelopes eyes and nostrils of the social media victim. Post-apocalypse, when every Facebook user is dead, I co(R)ral the survivors: eccentric band of grandfathers, toddlers, anarchists. Together we seek the Zuckenburger crystal. I place it in the Mummy's mouth, and in the final scene, bedside...send a tweet, ironic. I'll go write it now.[/r]

    It's 'corral' isn't snit? shiff-fferfud. I am sorry Aaron.

And don't 'like' Aaron's comment, GC, it is very offensive to my feelers.

[coral - reef...took me ten minutes to understand, dear, dear, that's funny :):supercool:]

    :D

As soon as I read "coral the survivors" a word I hardly know (had to look up the spelling, have never typed it!) -- excoriate -- came to mind.

Perhaps it deserves a sibling: excoralate? (c) matwoolf.

Mind you coraling someone would have the same effect as excoriating them, no doubt.
