How many reputation points does it take to get another green dot under the username?
I think I read somewhere about it being 100 reputation points, but I'm not entirely sure.
So I need 9 more people to give me Rep... it is 10 points per cast right?
I gave you some in the other thread, so 8 more.
The amount given depends on the giver- on their post count, reputation, etc.
And after you get these magic super-dooper ten cyber merits, just what exactly do you get? Key to the cyber rest-room? Plastic whistle? Pretend respect?
I swear, I'm going to start a cyber non-social network called "In-Your-Face-Book." You get ten green points, you get banned.
No, you do actually get the key to the cyber rest-room. *I really have to go*
Oh so a super moderator like you would give more points then, say, a brand new person, right?
P.S. Have I ever told you how well those red suspenders bring out the color in your eyes? ;-)
I don't know why, but the idea of winning a plastic whistle sounds cool.
Another question. I am looking at the list of the reputation that I have got and two of them have green dots on the left and one has a gray dot. What does the gray dot mean?
Means the person who repped you didn't have enough rep themselves for it to add to yours.
i thought those green little rounded rectangles were only related to the number of posts made... so 1 is under 100 posts, as with z and jj, while pea, has 3 for his/her 307 posts... but looking at banz and the tourist's green thingies i can see that doesn't hold true in all cases... so i'm totally flummoxed, now!
LOL. Who gave me rep for my hat? I have a lot more to go to get a second "rep bead" (that's what I have decided they are... like beads at Mardi Gra (.)(.) <- give me more) They will come though... because I'm awesome. ;-)
You think you're surprised? I just noticed that I have one green 'point.' It had better be a thing just handed out to begin with here, or it means we have an apple-polisher.
Yes, everyone starts out with one green blip. Consider it appreciation for having the wisdom to join with such a superb cadre of writers and will-be writers.
