    Banned members

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by jlauren, Jun 15, 2009.

    Just a quick question....

If a member is 'banned', what does that mean exactly? I'm only asking because I noticed a banned member post a review on one of my pieces, and I had to wonder if that was a good or bad thing!

Can they review but not post their own work?? And what would they have done to become banned?

    Thanks for your help :)

It means that they are no longer able to post on the boards. They can view the boards, but no longer post, nor can they view any posts/threads in the review room.

They can't view, post or reply to anything in the review room, nor can they reply to anything on the site. They can only do what a visitor can do on the forum now.

And as for what they have done... that is not for anyone to disclose to anyone other than moderators to other moderators or the site administrator. But to get banned they will have broken the rules of the forum.

    Hope this helps.
