I might wake up within the next half-hour or so but if I don't, please don't shake me. :)

You know, it's just better just sleep-walking for awhile. Sleep writing? That could be dangerous, but what the heck?

Falling asleep on a keyboard will only end in gibberish. :p

I was gonna say 'Are we having a conversation?' but gibberish works perfectly for me!

I know I am going to get some hate for this, but I don't really care for French or Italian (language or accent).
Perhaps it makes me weird, but I like German, Russian, English (UK not American), Irish, and Korean accents.
With the right tone and pitch, ugh, my poor little brain could just melt.

    (I know I am strange, so what...)

Regarding inspiration I tend to avoid people & things that make me feel bad. Not saying everything has to be good all the time but if something makes me feel bad I might write in my own little space, but more than likely I won't reach out.

Well I've already finished my first chapter, I was sort of expecting to have a movie deal right about now.

@Safety Turtle I was hoping my first novel would get published, so my little brother could make it into a movie.
    I feel your pain.

I kind of imagine my novel, when finished would be a Guillermo Del Toro and Tim Burton movie :p

You do realize Burton will cast Helena Bonham Carter and Jhonny Depp in it right?

Well...yes...and Del Toro would fit perfectly into the messed up, weird world I've created ^^

It's one of the rare moments where I'm hoping that karma indeed exists. I contained myself for the first time and did a very good deed, while being in a very unfortunate position. I really hope it pays off (otherwise, I'm just a fool). Karma, you owe me. You hear?

Karma owes me quite a bit. I hope it pays off for you, cause it sure hasn't gotten around to paying off its other debts. :p

It will mate. It has to. Maybe in another lifetime though. (Hiatus reasons). :p

Grabs guitar and plays to karma: "Must I always be waiting, waiting on you?
Must I always be playing, playing your fool?"

I think that this is the secret meaning behind Jack Johnson's song.

I just killed a spider slinking across the screen of my surface pro. I splatted its nasty guts all over and had to clean it up. I'm glad I caught the sucker before it bit me. Only problem is now I'll be paranoid there will be another one. :(

    I don't like spiders either @cydney .

Well that was awkward and upsetting to the Nth degree. Why the belt and on...Why?!
That was uncomfortable read, not really sure why the author took that root.
Not going read His To Use book 1 again. One reviewer said it was scary, but
I think that means something different to the one reading the 11K Novelette.

I am gonna go find something nice to go and calm down, cause my PTSD just got a little jolt. :superwhew:

Wasn't sure if this thread would be an unpredictably placed thread of important philosophy (random thought-thread) or a gathering site for spontaneous musings (random-thought thread). Noticed it was in The Lounge, so suspected the latter; a random thought-thread would probably show up in, oh I dunno, the Publishing subforum or something. Having now inspected the thread, almost certain my suspicion is correct.

    /random-thought ;)

(And if it turns out you think I just rudely interrupted your deep philosophy, then... um... maybe you don't get how insightful this post has been )
