    A Newbie Introduction

Discussion in 'New Member Introductions' started by 141fun, May 23, 2014.

Hi all. I am a new member to this forum.
I learned English when I was little in Hong Kong, but my primary language is Chinese, that makes my English is not good. But I would like to learn more and being critique on my English skills.

My teacher told me, I should read a lot and write a lot to improve my writing and reading skills.
That is why I join this forum. So I can read from the fellow writers, learn from the fellow writers, and being critiqued by my fellow writers.

Thank you all~ And wish everyone the best~~~

Hi, welcome to the forum. I'm always impressed by people who know two languages that don't share the same alphabet.

    Ni hao!

I learnt a little bit of Mandarin a couple of years ago, but found it to be too difficult, so I am taking Greek lessons instead!

You'll have a great time here, and you'll learn a lot. Welcome. :)
