    A Michael Bay creation
    By seelifein69

    A Michael Bay creation
    On a giant silver screen
    Leaves us with a tolerance
    For another man’s scream

    We think to ourselves that
we know we could be great
If we had been given the chance
    To switch up our fate.

But in reality, could you go?
    Shipped off to foreign lands
With people who want you dead
    In snow, mountains or sands

    Could you watch your
    Captains, friends and foe
    Gasping breath, spitting blood
And begging you not to go

Think you could take that gun
And put it to their head
Pull the trigger, to kill the pain
    Or run away instead?

So why don’t you sit down,
And eat your popcorn in the dark
Because you are weak and normal
And you don’t have a heroes’ heart
