    Favourite Bands/Artists?

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by Carpa Túnel, Apr 12, 2008.

Hey, its me again :D I'm just curious, what are your favourite bands/artists that you usually listen to. Personally for me its Fall Out Boy, Linkin Park, Panic At The Disco & then the random bunch of rappers, which is a bit of a wierd mix but whatever. :)

So, what are your favourite bands?

Coldplay is my favorite band. Outside of that, I like all music; they are just a personal favorite.

No, I really don't like Panic! At the Disco or much other new music. Muse, The White Stripes and Foo Fighters aren't so bad, but I can't think of much else that I like.

It's calmer because they got rid of that exclamation point. Darn thing, jiving it up in the midst of such a serious band.
Of course, to make up for the lack of weird punctuation, they just had to put in that extra period in the album title. It's a universal balance thing.

Some good choices. Rainy Monday is an amazing song. Float On, Disarm, Road to Nowhere (though I prefer Editors live rendition) are also great.

Like others my list is soooooo long. Some favs:

    Okkervil River
    Arcade Fire
    My Morning Jacket
    British Sea Power
    Editors
    Blonde Redhead
    Band of Horses
    Maximo Park
    Kings of Leon
    The National
    The New Pornographers
    Queens of the Stone Age
    Radiohead
    Snow Patrol
    U2
    Wilco

And the reason (many) people don't like Panic at the Disco is because they can't stand the punk genre

Currently, and for awhile now, my least favourite band is Coldplay - for their constant, mopey drivel.
