An asshole serves a purpose. A hemorrhoid does not, nor does a sphincter rash. MUCH better labels. For less imaginative wastes of flesh, terms like asshat or buttdiver suffice.
Yes, but we're talking gangsters here. Hemorrhoid and sphincter rash are probably not in their vocabularies. Your other suggestions are far more realistic.
You guys are all experts at insulting people... I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that these are words that don't cross my lips. Of course I've said most at one point or other... What's funny is that I'd sooner write them than speak them. All the same, this has been an interesting vocabulary lesson.
