    I believe that it is a style popular in the Edwardian period. ie Edwardian collar

    I don't know how the collar was refered to, but I do know in some books they'll refer to it in these fashions;
    "... A raised collar"
    "...a high collar"
    And things of the like. Just some other termonology ideas for you in case you can't find the technical term.
