That's quite the broad generalization there. Most normal people see her as a train-wreck.

No particular reason for them being blood stained but I thought it'd be macbeth-esque :p haha.

You started the rudeness, not I. Why didnt you say that there was a music thread in your first post back in my britney thread then? I didnt know about the music thread. instead you just dismissed it as spam. *yawns*

And i was talking about not only her music, but her personality and recent troubles too. In other words, something that goes beyond music. its a controversial topic. But thats okay, there are many eye colour threads for you to post in.

Dont make me get my virtual-reality-bad-reputation-gun out boy.

Yeaaah I'm a little biased towards Britterz, but, please remember; just because she's an important figure to you, doesn't mean the rest of us share that view.
Controversial topics always end up with prejudice - nobody likes that.

But if you want my opinion she's a spoiled li'l brat and we've given her too much media control. She's reminiscent of Judy Garlands suicidal publicity stunts in my eyes - anything to get the medias attention back.

Cool, which tunes from carcass you have?

    *goes off to rep*!

Yeah, the jacket is a bomber one, very very cool.

Not as cool if i could have gone to south America to wahct both bands, but both bands are doing another tour of Aust/NZ next year pretty much.

    Heart work and Doctrinal expletives?

:p I think a friend sent them to me. Those two that i've heard are really good, but i've never heard anything else from them.

I love going to gigs. I'm seeing Metallica live in march :D

I think Metallica are as amazing as they've ever been. Infact, in my eyes they've just gotten better and better.

Although i wasnt even alive to see new metallica, back in the day :p

I'm glad James hetfield no longer grows his hair like the cowardly lion, hehehee.

I've only heard one song from their new album, but I like AC/DC's newest song. It pretty much sounds like everything else they've done... but that's not such a bad thing!

    Lol aww, that's a shame!

I badly want the 'some kind of monster' metallica DVD. I just never get around to buying it!

Ooohhh gosh, I actually dont have any idea who's supporting! *Goes to look*

I have to agree, that my opinion is the same. They will never be what they were, BUT with their last album, it was a movement in the right direction. I mean it was an improvment on st. anger (one of the worst albums in history, let alone from metallica).

Either way, their music may be be as technical as old, but today they still pull of one of the top concerts you'll see!

I wish i saw them in 96 (not sure of the year), when they played with classical music dude (sorry i just woke up and coffee isnt set in yet)

    You just awoken my stupidity!

I dont like metallica's new stuff because they "feel" like they have fallen to play what the market wants (though i know they havent, it was ust impossible to stay in the place they once had, and eventually had to find a new zone)

    BUT

I cant get into new AC?DC because they are the same....how funny, yet sad is that.

I guess, its not the music, its the same image that annoys me. Makes me want to slap them and say, dudes, its 2008 (at the time), grow up (but still play your cool music)

I haven't heard any of Metallica's new stuff. But what I always loved about them was that they didn't pander to what others wanted them to write/sing. They did their own thing and gave the single digit salute to any who didn't like it.

Machine head NEVER dissapoint live. I saw them 3 times ;ast year (once with Arch Enemy, once on their own and nce with Slipknot)

I just cant believe how they constantly play ace!

The Sword - Never heard of as well, but like i said, Metallica generally always have very good supoorts, so i will youtube themnow.

On a side note, Suicide Silence (whom i discivered lasyt year, and love them, noticing they are getting a HUGE fanbase), played with Metallica last year.....which im mentioning because its odd, they are dearthcore (deathmetal).
