No, but the fact that we can't perceive it is gonna be a rather large roadblock in making it happen...
There's far more to it than the ability to perceive it, but I don't want to hijack this thread with a discussion of why the speed of light is absolute for accelerated travel. The only solutions possible must step outside of spacetime.
I was going to say "having a Mogwai" - then I realised I have a fake one that sings almost as well as the "real thing" when you wave your hand in front of it.... So I'll go for having a blue elf that sits on pillows and draws flowers on sleeping eyelids plus leaves trails of M&M's everywhere.
Perhaps it's better that way, I don't think that film had a very nice ending. Is it just me or do Mogwai's look a little like furby's.
